Senior Helpers has done an excellent job helping with my parents. I work full time and was having to go to my parents home before and after work everyday to make sure they took there medication and had something to eat. I was exhausted. I hired Senior Helpers to come in twice a day to make sure they had there medication, something to eat and they also helped with getting them bathed and the house cleaned and laundry done. They are doing a great job. The best thing is they won my parents over who wanted me to continue doing everything.

Senior Helpers assisted us when my father was in hospice. Our family had never been through this before and we had no idea what to do. The professionals at Senior Helpers came in and from the moment we met them we knew we were in great hands. Not only did they answer all our questions they provided amazing caregivers who were kind and compassionate and provided excellent care for my father. I do not know what we would have done without Senior Helpers. The Client Care Manager Brandy was patient and spent a great deal of time with us and the owner Fran kept in contact to make sure everyone was being supported. I would highly recommend this organization.

After losing my mom to cancer I was faced with the very difficult situation of how to make sure my Grandma kept receiving the care she needed while at the same time living a couple of states away from her. Prior to her passing, my mom had enlisted the help of Senior Helpers in Reno to provide the care my Grandma needs. It is very difficult to trust strangers to care for someone you love, and after my mom passed I found out why she put her trust in the people at Senior Helpers Reno. Fran from Senior Helpers has worked with me with nothing but compassion, patience, and understanding. There is so much you have to do when a loved one passes, and I am not ashamed to say I was overwhelmed with everything I had to do when my mom died. Senior Helpers could have easily called me and said they would not keep providing my Grandma care unless I figured out her account right away, they never did anything like that at all. They showed me nothing but patience as Fran worked with me to sort out all the details that go into providing my Grandma care. Every unique problem that has come up, Fran has worked with me to find a solution, and I am so very thankful for that. From what I understand, Virgie and the other caregivers that help my Grandma have a great way of working with her, and I am so thankful for that too. As I continue to navigate my way through the process of losing my mom and having my twins born shortly thereafter, if gives me great comfort to know my Grandma is in capable and compassionate hands. Thank you Fran, thank you Virgie, and thank you to all of the other people that make Senior Helpers Reno the special organization that it is.

We have had a caregiver for my Mom for 2 years from Senior Helpers. She has done a great job making sure that my Mom is not only well taken care of but she really knows my Mom and how she likes things and what she likes, so my Mom looks forward to her visits. The office staff visits my Mom too and keeps in touch with me about how my Mom is doing and any changes that they see. When ever I call the office they are always friendly and professional. If I need them to do something for me to help my Mom like schedule a doctors appointment and take her they always take care of it right away which helps me out a lot. They have done a great job and a would highly recommend them.
