Senior Helpers is an exceptionally fine business in providing very high quality, very well trained, good people as aides and helpers to my parents. My entire family feels incredibly lucky that the assisted living residence where my parents live (they're in their 90's) referred us to Alex Shanker, the owner of Senior Helpers. From the very beginning, Alex was thoughtful, thorough, and wonderfully efficient. He made everything easy. First, he provided an excellent staffer to transport my father so that he could see my mother while she was in rehab. My father praised this gentleman endlessly. I know he looked out for my father every moment he was with him--getting in and out of the car and walking around the rehab institution. Second, he topped that with the best aide I have ever met who helps my mother day in, day out, 24/7. We could not ask for more. She is thoughtful, caring, dedicated, and a very fine person. Again, my father raves about her (he's the talkative one), and I've observed her with my mother, so I know how well she takes care of her. When any substitute staff is needed, they have been fine, too. I can't recommend Senior Helpers highly enough. This is a business where leadership has carefully hired high quality staff and trained them in best practices. My mother and father have both benefitted considerably from the services that these fine people provide them.
