The women that were sent by Senior Helpers to help my mother were kind, compassionate, and sensitive to her needs.They were always pleasant,and engaged her in conversation and activities.I had no problem leaving her with them for an afternoon out. Senior Helpers was very flexible in their scheduling. They were always happy to accommodate our needs at a reasonable price. How can you put a price on peace of mind? Terri, an administrator for Senior Helpers, visited us once or twice a week. She helped me through some rough times with her understanding,compassion, and guidance. Caring for a loved family member from a different state has many challenges. The team members at Senior Helpers educated me on many different options and supported me through my difficult "guilt" phase. They designed a care plan that fit my mothers need not the needs of their schedule. I love them all and we have become family.

My experience with Senior Helpers was very positive all the way from my initial call to get infomration about the company to the discharge of my love one. They were always able to give me tips on how to do things better, take care of not only my loved one but also myself in order to be around for my family. They provided me with excellent care, advice, an aide who was able to assist with all our needs and if she did not know something or needed guidance the field staff supervisor and office staff was there to help. Day or night I was able to reach someone or receive a call back later that day or the next if it was not an emergency. If you are looking for an agency to help this is the one.
