My mother has used Air N Heat for years for annual maintenance and minor repairs. After doing everything they could to repair the units it was time after 25 years to replace both units. I called Air N Heat and spoke with Desiree. She was very friendly and arranged to have Matt come and give me an estimate for two new units. After deciding to move forward, we arranged on a date for installation. Matt and two others came ON TIME and removed the old units, installed new units, upgraded all the wiring and drains. They were very careful to put down runners to protect the floors, wore shoes covers etc. Matt kept me informed of the status of the job throughout the process. They did a quality job and worked hard to complete the job quickly. When they were finished Matt noticed a slight vibration on one of the parts inside the house. It was in a closet and is not something I would have noticed but Matt wanted to replace the part since it was a new unit. He came back the next day and replaced the part and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Desiree also stopped by personally to drop off paperwork. Richard from Air N Heat came back 2 weeks later to walk through with the county inspector to ensure everything passed. I was extremely impressed with every member of the team. They get a gold star from me!
