Roof was about 23 years old and needed to be replaced. Went and got four quotes and felt that Rick and his company provided to best value. His was the most detailed and he took the time to go over what his company would do from start to finish. It was apparent that he worked hard to provide the best customer experience. One question I did have was what happened once they started the job. I had seen some jobs being done in the area where companies started and then seem to go to other jobs and then not return for 3-5 days or longer. Rick assured me that once they started they would finish before moving on to another job.
To summarize, I received better shingles, certified installers, a solid warranty, and consistent service. I received evertything that was promised and the quote was detailed and specific to my needs. The crew was friendly, professional and thorough. Rick came out before the dumpster was delivered and put plywood down to protect the driveway. This was another benefit that pointed to his desire to provide the best customer experience. Woud highly recommend Rick and his company.
