Good business juju. Initial responses were quicker than I was prepared to answer! Packy responded by email and Christine was extremely helpful, friendly and professional on the phone. She explained fee structure and timelines for scheduling. Love the email and text confirmations. Our craftsman, John, was helpful, communicative and a good neighbor kinda guy. He installed a new faucet for our kitchen sink and fixed a pipe problem. He explained what he was doing and did a complete, clean and thorough job. Will call on Ace Handyman again.
