We had researched options online, visited the store, knew what we wanted. When my wife called for an appointment she was told there would be a two hour presentation. She balked as we both are very busy. We just wanted a price quote not a vacation time-share kind of pitch. To top it off, she was told we both needed to be there for the full thing. Two hour presentation with both of us present, Required. So we bailed. Great product from what we know, but you better have time on your hands and patience for a protracted sales pitch. see less
