Kevin did amazing work on a couple of different areas in my backyard. I needed a deck railing added, a small fence, and a total repair job on a bridge. I was told that the dry wall job would likely be 8 hours over two day since they had to wait for the mud to dry. They took 7 hours to do about 5 hours of actual work. One of the workers kept wanting to go back to the store instead of working on what was in front of him. It turned out the owner shared information about me to him and he wanted more personal detailed information. He continued to ask intrusive questions and wanted to see what other work I might want him to do in other parts of my house even after I told him no. I checked on them again after about 6 hours of work and was told they could not come back the next day because they were scheduled somewhere else. The work was clearly not even close to finished and they did not talk to me about extending the amount of time that the job would take. The owner stated that if they found the work would take longer then they would let me know right away. They failed to communicate that. I had painters scheduled to come in after them and needed the job done in 2 consecutive days. The owner, Alicia, said that it was me that did not allow them to finish but it was poor planning and slow work that made it impossible for me to have them finish. I ended up paying my painters to finish their work.
