VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Great communication. The job is going to be in two parts. Extraction and removal of a trash compactor done. Replacement pull out draws should be delivered tomorrow for fitting.

Ceiling fan replacement
Great service. 9 foot ceiling fan removed and replaced with new one I purchased and had on hand. Friendly and efficient worker did a fine job on the project, good communication with him and with Ace scheduler and dispatch before and during project.

No one ever tells us when we fall in love with an open floorplan and high ceilings how challenging it is going to be to change those tall lightbulbs much less to make adjustments like a ceiling fan with a 5ft extender rod. We are so glad to have gotten you taken care of! I hope it brings you tons of joy!

Young widows prayer answered
Been looking for someone trustworthy to install a garbage disposal & a toilet. Milling through large hardware stores I realized I did not have a clue who to contact & could not find anyone to help me & knowing my husband is never going to be around to help me again I just kept crying. Tears certainly did not get me any help...I just looked crazy. I called ACE & they had someone in my home & the install complete by the weeks end. Everything worked perfectly the first time & was completed within 24 hours from the start of the job. There was a tiny delay bc of a pipe not fitting bc I chose a taller toilet than the one that was previously here but I was not charged extra for the delay in time it took to complete the work even though it required 2 extra trips to retrieve parts. Jerald kept me informed of every step and was very honest about everything. Really, if someone is honest, I can't ask for more.

Was at my house a couple of mintues before appointment time.
We walked though what I wanted done.
Took a short trip to Home Depot to get the extra supplies that were needed. (Quick and didn't have to go back for anymore supplies)
Clean up after himself
Some i was switching doors out; he made sure that I was aware the I went from a locked door to an unlock able Door. So he switched the door knows for me. Good catch.

Professional service
Kevin was very professional. He arrived a at the time promised and did a great job. My only complaint was that it was somewhat pricey. But I was otherwise very satisfied.
