Excellent, professional service!

Everything was professional from the moment I contacted Handyman Matters to install a storm door we purchased ourselves. From the office staff taking info about the product, explaining their policy, texting us when their employee (John) would arrive via GPS location, to him completing the job in 3hr. John was a pleasant, experienced worker that did an excellent job install. Though the door plunger didn't work, which was no fault of him, he ensured us that he would have the part and installed on Monday, since this was a Friday. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Handyman Matters for any future project that we can't handle ourselves!

PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL SERVICE

John was excellent and took care of the work that was needed around my home very efficiently. There were 2 other items that needed work and he fixed that willingly. He also did some work for my stairs which he recommended. It all worked out well and Patti was a great introduction to your company.

Rapid response, high quality and volume of work

We decided to have new blinds hung in our living room and Handyman Matters was able to get a person onsite within two days! Our service person (Peter) arrived on time, completed the work in less than the time estimated and had time to get additional work done. He was very personable, professional and provided good advice for the jobs at hand and other potential future jobs. I will not hesitate to call Handyman Matters back for work in the future.

sub floor and tile repair

Pete arrived early, explained everything in detail that he was doing. and even gave advise on other things that needed attention. He did a great job. Could not tell the tiles was ever removed. He matched it very well. I got a call from handyman matters to see if I was happy with the work Pete had doing as well. Good customer service guys. You have won me over.

Enjoy to do business with them.

It was nice they got back to you right away. Very professional and polite. Pete did awesome job when he was here. I really like their prices. And I will always call them to do things around my home. Enjoyed talking with Patti. Keeping them in my contacts.
