Alan arrive on time and did a good job for my utility door

We had Alan come out 3 times. Our first time was in mid-Dec. 2022 for a plumbing problem, a leak in an old shower. He knew what the problem was but it was too old and we couldn't get parts. The second time Alan did an amazing job of caulking our kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom. He cleaned our gutters. He began sanding and working on drywall from a new shower installation. He gave us his professional opinion and advice about some other issues and possible projects. Alan is very knowledgeable about all house issues and does excellent work. You wouldn't need to call anyone else to fix what he does! The third time he went and picked up supplies to finish painting the drywall and trim. He needed more than the 5 hours allotted time. He stayed an extra roughly 90 minutes on a FRIDAY to about 7:30 pm to finish our project because he was booked solid for the next three weeks. He is booked far in advance. Once you have him, you won't want to have anyone else. Alan is very professional, personable, pleasant, has a good sense of humor, and is trustworthy. He is trully an exceptional handyman and person. We were extremely pleased about all the work he did for us and advice he gave us. Ace is very pricey however. They charge for an estimate and you don't get credit for it if you go with them. The office staff was great to work with, too. They stand behind their work and are hiring additional handymen.

Randy and Doug were professional, kind, and friendly. They went the extra mile with cleanup as well - taking the mountain of cardboard boxes left over from the project back to the shop so I didn’t have to deal with them. Thank you!

Alan installed four ceiling fans into our house, and did a great job. He was super friendly, and new exactly what he was going. The new fans and lights look great, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone for anything they need done at their house. Thank you!

Alan rerouted a gutter downspout along a shed for me. He was professional and courteous and based on this experience we plan on having Ace Handyman Services back for other home repair and improvement. Thanks Alan!

Doug did a quick job of removing drywall and replacing carriage lights on the garage and porch. Also replaced light bar in bath.He also advised us on other jobs we want done in the future. We'll call Ace again.

Alan from Ace Handyman repaired a hole in the drywall in the ceiling and one in the wall caused by a falling tree. The fit of the replacement drywall pieces was perfect. He is a skilled “mudder” and has a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend him.
