Inaccurate Expectations
The Handyman was good and friendly. Unfortunately they gave me expectations that weren’t lived up to. The lady on the phone told me that the handyman would have all the materials to patch my ceiling and texture. I was going to paint. The guy showed up and asked if I had the drywall and the texture materials. I told him I didn’t. I then had to drive him to Home Depot and buy the materials out of pocket. Expectations were not set and I should have went with a different company. I wish I could add a picture to show the end result not too pretty.

Friendly and good service
Constantin was very friendly and efficient and competed installation of curtain rod within minutes. He constantly checked for my advice on where the placement of the rod should be to make sure it was installed exactly the way I needed it.

Oscar was hard working, conscientious and monitoring was not needed.
This was a tough job! We needed to have to an old, stained carpet removed from a staircase. It was physically demanding job. Hundreds of staples and nails had to be removed. We would happily hire Oscar again.

Got the job done
He knew how to fix my door and my window and it was took a reasonable amount of time. The repair for the railing is another story. He went to Home Depo for materials, Home Depot is 25 minutes away for our home, each way, we can walk to ACE in less than 10 minutes, but he said he prefers Home Depot. He ended going to three different Home Depot’s to get a can of filler. He was gone almost two hours!!!! That was a $200. trip to the store. The actual repair took 15 minutes.

Super-courteous handyman, but not the neatest of jobs
We needed a hole repaired in a sheetrock wall in our garage. Oscar, a kind, thoughtful, and courteous gentleman, did the work in a couple of hours. He DID fix the hole, but--if I'm being totally honest--the work was a bit on the sloppy side. I had to let it dry completely (2 days) before I could sand it, so now it looks a little better. Not making a bigger deal out of this because it's in the garage, so appearances can be a little more forgiving there.

Wonderful service, skilled team, masterful scheduling and coordination.
Working with Tim Hussain is like having a concierge handyman service. He is responsive, professional, prompt, and deploys skilled craftspeople to every job. We moved into an 1886 home with quite a few different issues - all have been well taken care of.

Great service, will rehire
I had a few issues to prepare a condo for rental, and George handled the majority of it (less the painting). He was professional, quick, respectful and basically exactly what one wants in a professional handyman. He repaired some window screens, replaced closet door runners, fixed a broken swinging door closer, and did some custom woodwork on an electrical outlet not flush with the floor. All in all, 100% satisfaction.

CARPENTER
. George came to our condo on time. He was friendly and explained carefully what he was going to do. He completed the job in an hour. I was very pleased with what he did. Thank you George.

Not so good craftsman
My door jamb is broken. I thought I could call these guys and they’d come help me repair or replace some part of the problem. And if they can’t at least provide the best info I can get to start somewhere. I felt like I had to lead the conversation with a shady person. I didn’t get any estimates other than he’s there to fix an issue that requires me to buy a new door. The initial fix was to nail it back. I mean I just paid $99 for this guy to come out and tell me something I could’ve mend for $8 myself. The next option is to cut some wood and replace the broken jamb but he said that won’t be completed under 2hr not including material…Wth…When I asked about measuring and such. I got the ole 36 x 80. Mind you not even the jamb side measurement. I played dumb, but really they played me for $135 of doing nothing. What the actual eff. So, I went to HD and was charged another $40 to have their company come out to get measurements and etc. I didn’t know that was happening without any head-ups from this pro that told me to buy a door. So now I guess I’d be doing business through HD w their contractors because I have buy a door from them and paid $135 for useless info and nothing done. Btw, I bought nails at HD and mend it myself. Lmao. Professionals lol. Failed me.
