Ace Handyman Doug did an excellent job installing my portable AC unit for my Florida room!! He was on time, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing!! He showed me step by step what he was going to do and after the job was completed he showed me and reviewed the work he did! The price was reasonable as well. Great experience using Ace Handyman Services today! I wanted someone I could trust and a company to back it up and that's exactly what I got. Joe was very prompt and provided updates on his arrival time while en route. He went over all of my requests in detail and then let me know what he thought could be done. Once he got started, he periodically asked for me to confirm if everything matched my expectations and looked okay to make sure we were on the same page. One request I had, ended up being a much bigger issue and instead of doing some cosmetic work to hide the issue, he showed me what it was and recommended to have it looked at further instead of spending time and money to hide the issue today. He did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. 10/10 and I would definitely use this service and request him again!
