Robert Moschorak of Ace Handyman Service is scoping out our request for replacing our florescent lighting in the bathrooms and the kitchen with LED lighting. While he will be sending an estimate for the work, he was clear on the billing process and additional fees incurred if we accept ACE Handyman Services bid on the job. So, we will know how the estimate is derived and possible adjustments to the bid estimate will be done if necessary and that approval must be granted prior to continuing the work. I feel more confident that this will be a better professional experience since we had a good discussion on our expectations and requirements.
