I booked an appointment thinking I had two electrical problems. Vibert came on time for appointment and even apologized for being late(minutes). One problem had already resolved before he came. He checked what I thought was a bad socket. After checking he did not find a problem and the light seemed to be working. I had been quoted a price which was for 2 hours work. He contacted the office and they very generously gave me a much reduced price. This is a company that I will definitely call the next time I need a handyman. They could have required me to pay the quoted price. I was treated more than fair and so appreciate the way I was treated. Vibert was very professional and kind.
