Robert Moschorak of Ace Handyman Service is scoping out our request for replacing our florescent lighting in the bathrooms and the kitchen with LED lighting. While he will be sending an estimate for the work, he was clear on the billing process and additional fees incurred if we accept ACE Handyman Services bid on the job. So, we will know how the estimate is derived and possible adjustments to the bid estimate will be done if necessary and that approval must be granted prior to continuing the work. I feel more confident that this will be a better professional experience since we had a good discussion on our expectations and requirements.

Last week we contracted out some interior painting and Carmelo Pagan was dispatched. He did a great job and was outstanding to work with. We wanted to have some more areas painted and based on his previous excellent work we requested him specifically. Once again, he delivered outstanding results and he is who we would request in the future.

The technician was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions some changes could help. I noted on three occasions talking to CS that some work required access to the roof. However the technician showed up without a ladder and had to use 2 of my ladders (a 4 ft and an 8 ft). Additionally while on the roof cleaning the dryer vent pipe I had to inform the technician that the pipe they were working on was the bathroom exhaust vent pipe not the dryer vent. Just room for further training and improvement.

After my fence installer failed to return my calls requesting a repair, I contacted Ace Handyman Svcs. Ace set up an appointment and performed the repair in a very efficient and professional manner.
