Natanael did an excellent job for the second time to fix my sprinkler, my problem is in the way they charge, which is per hour, so the truck should have replacement parts, because the technician needs to go to the store to buy and come back to fix it, which took at least 45 minutes and took 15 minutes to do the repair and the amount charged was 2 hours. I believe this should be reviewed. Thanks

Regarding our ability to stock replacement parts on our trucks, our range of services is very broad, so we do not have the physical capacity to stock replacement parts, as we perform over 1,100 types of repairs and home improvements. This is why our craftsmen assess each job once they arrive onsite and make a materials list specific to the needs of each job. We then purchase what's needed to complete each job, and this time is included in the labor time needed to complete the job. We do our best to minimize the time needed to purchase materials, and as you can appreciate, this varies for each job depending on the location and available vendors in the area that carry the parts needed to complete the job as efficiently as possible.
