Ace was quick with a site visit and subsequent quote of multiple options discussed with the craftsman during the site visit. the work was scheduled within a week of a final decision. The craftsman, Nick, arrived on time and finished on time. He was efficient in removing the old grout and containing dust as much as possible during the process. Nick applied the new grout in a way that actually improves the performance of the shower stall. He was clear on his instructions about allowing the grout to set properly. He also revisited to resolve issues that came up during the grout setting process.

Skip did a great job installing some pendant lights over our kitchen island. Ran into some obstacles but he found a way to get things done as usual. Could not be better service in such a courteous and friendly manner.
