In this day and age, it is rare to call for home service covering installation issues and have a central office call you immediately and confirm a qualified Technician is on the way to your home. As it turned out the work was completed by a Tech that was actually thru for the day and on his way home. That is what you call conceirge service!

I had an extensive repair project in a section of my bathroom that was scheduled for 1 1/2 days-- I had signed up for a Full Day plus a Half Day Package. I had used their services once before for a much smaller project. There were several items that needed to be done, incl. a toilet replacement, a ceiling crack repair (and repainting), re-caulking the tub, and a new ventilation fan replacement. Don was prompt in arriving, shortly before 9 AM, and was finished by 4 PM with everything! I had several questions that I needed to consult with Customer Service, and Laura and Danielle (and Don!) were very friendly and patient answering multiple questions over several calls and e-mails (incl. changing a date on the schedule!). Very helpful service people, very professional and efficient. Glad to recommend their work! Thank you!

Don was on time, efficient, extremely neat, courteous and every job on my list was addressed and fixed. Definitely would hire him again! In fact my neighbor saw him working and asked for his number for the future.

Skip was excellent and delivered all of our home projects quickly with excellent quality. He arrived in time, was very professional and impressed us with his range of ability to fix/solve numerous projects. We highly recommend Skip and Ace Handyman.

Response to my request was prompt. Scheduling was easy. Handyman communicated when he would arrive the day before. He came on time. He solve the problem promptly and was friendly and courteous.

Jim called to ask if it was OK to show up early and finished putting in our garbage disposal in no time at all. Very professional and friendly. We will definitely call on him again.

This was our third experience with Ace. And just like the previous two, we were extremely happy with the results. Jim was on time and professional. His work was excellent. I will continue to call on Ace for any project I have.
