The handyman,Clifford, that came to my house was great. He was very knowledgeable in different areas and very thorough. He went beyond the call of duty!! He was friendly, professional, and he knew what he was doing. Would recommend him and the company to anyone. Very pleased and will be using them again.

Cliff was great, no lolly-gagging about - got to it and stayed at it. Quality work, and explained all our options, and went with whatever we decided. Great experience. We now have a handyman service we can go to, without having to wait months for an opening in their schedule.

I had three things for him to fix, and he fixed all of them. Vacuumed when he was done because there was a little mess, and everything looks great.

Unfortunately, my handyman was not knowledgeable and unprepared. He did not want to help me and did not come with the appropriate tools for the job. He said he needed to go back and get another tool for one of my small projects, and that he charges $95 an hour. The one project he was willing to help with, he had never done before and was ready to throw out the instructions to "try" and figure it out. I explained to him I asked for someone with specific knowledge for my project, upon making an appointment I was reassured they would know how to do what I needed and they would come prepared as they asked for my short list of things I needed. I am very much disappointed in the communication between office staff and field staff, as their field staff are not able to solve the problems they are sent to be experts of.
