On time-courteous-friendly-somewhat thorough.
Achieved my goals….with my help and direction. Did not know he was to clean window wells and when he did clean them they are marginally okay.

So sorry Joseph that we didn't meet your expectations. Our craftsman did remove two bags worth of debris from window wells. We reduced our bill by $65 and have offered to return to do any additional work, if required. Do give us a call to discuss how we can change your mind and get a 5-star review.

Excellent job done
There was not clear communication on pricing for the job done, however, it was able to be resolved. The staff were professional and did an excellent job putting up a pergola on my back patio and seemed very knowledgable and skilled.

Jason came today, fixed the door so the tile would not be destroyed. Anyone would be lucky to have Jason as an Ace Handyman
I would have been very negative until Jason showed up today and solved the issue. Ace Handyman stood behind the work they perform which I appreciate. Things can happen, I understand that. But when things happen it is very responsible to have someone who can fix the problem. I very much appreciate sending Jason to fix the problem created by another workman.

Professional and efficient
Doug's experience enabled him to quickly review my list of repairs and solve how to fix each project. He ran to the nearby hardware store and made all of my repairs in less than 4 hours. Another company said it would take 1-1/2 days. Doug's knowledge and analytical skills are amazing.
