Booked Ace Handyman to get a job done we had planned two years ago but had to hold off. Needed custom window sills throughout our condo. We needed a very clean custom install done to a high level and our tradesman nailed it. Ace makes it easy to book, they send you text updates, a tracker each day so you can see when the handyman will arrive, daily invoicing and easy pay. In a world of flaky trades people, this job was smooth and easy. Not cheap, but I will pay to get it done right and on time. Well done Ace.

Needed for warped door hinges replaced on large exterior whose weight had caused it to sag and stick, when trying to close. Work was well done.

Harley arrived on time for two jobs. He had all proper equipment for installing grab bars in our two bathrooms and did an efficient, thorough job. He also tried to assemble a problematic bookcase that we ultimately had to decide was unsalvageable because of a damaged side panel, but he provided good advice on replacing it and handling the situation with the vendor. Like almost all Ace Handyman craftsmen, he was very professional and competent.

My service contact was Juan. He is an excellent service rep. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed for my project so Juan offered me several options and guided me through how to proceed. He was right on top of the job throughout with his insights and experience. There was no rush or push to get things done which I appreciated. I really enjoyed my experience with Juan. Jose was the handyman who installed my hand railings. Even though I had unknowingly bought an inferior product he was very graceful and made it work better than I could have expected. He showed great knowledge and experience in adapting the needs of the job. He was very friendly in letting me watch and sharing insights to what he was doing. I really liked having Jose for my handyman. Bottom line I give five stars to both people. I will deal with them in the future. And I will gladly recommend Ace Handyman Services to anyone in need of such. It is great to have professionals serving the greater Rockford area; we have such need. From my initial conversation with Linda to place my request through the workman completing the job was an outstanding experience. We had security cameras installed along with some gutter work/trouble shooting. He also gave us some advice on a couple of other things that could use some work/improving which we appreciated. Linda was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough writing up our order and in estimating the amount of time it would take and cost was spot-on! We never got the impression that the workmen felt rushed, he did what he had to do very efficiently, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use handyman services again and recommend them highly!

Over the last year for mostly (80%) of the work I've done at my home I call ACE Handyman Services Chicago. Charles is always so helpful getting us scheduled for a reasonable price. We've had Bismarck a few times and he does great and timely work. My home look like nothing ever happened. Thank you for being such a great business. I share with anyone I know.
