Had an appt. for them to come out to look at a bathroom window to properly replace the wood and seal window to prevent leaks from water coming inside. The guy who showed up told me that yeah he could caulk the window. I said that is not why I called for service. Then he proceeded to go outside to check outside of window. He brought a 5 foot ladder that no way he would be able to reach the window with. Then he came back in and said that I would be charged a $70.00 service fee for coming out. I replied "you didn't do anything and were here, what 5 min. or so and you want me to pay $70.00?" He was texting while outside and then the dispatch called me and was told if this guy took the tape off the outside of the window and couldn't fix it, that I would be left with putting the tape back on. Told them I am in my 70's and cannot do that and to not take any tape off. Then she told me I would not be charged and would tell the guy to just leave. Now the person they sent was not prepared to repair the window and wanted to caulk it which I can do myself and not pay someone else to do that from the inside. Totally unprofessional and lacking in knowledge and thought he would just get by with caulking and charge me for the full service amount of time which was 4 hours??? So glad she told him to just leave and not charge me anything. They are not worth contracting for any work as they are unprepared with tools, etc. for the job. Now if this guy, whom they sent, was just honest and said he had no clue how to repair/fix the window, that would have been better rather than prove how lacking in knowledge he actually was. Ace needs to find out if the people they are using and sending out to people's homes actually know what the heck they are doing to begin with. Complete waste of my time.

Good Work

I have a very complicated shower in my master bathroom that needed retiling and was recommended to call ACE to remove and replace the hardware. Jose did an amazing job and was meticulous with his work. I highly recommend Ace handyman services!

This is the second time we are using Ace, because we were so satisfied the first time. Harley was very professional. Explained the process to me and was very efficient. He did a beautiful job and really went up and above, the bathroom looks brand new!
