As always Andre came and completed multiple projects for us. He did an incredible job and were very happy he’s assigned to our area.

Linda and this service are top notch. There was a snafu with an appointment time and they removed a fee to make up for it without me having to explain the inconvenience. Always up front and honest, no surprises. Highly recommend!

Harley and Oly were very prompt and precise in their installing of our bathroom marble tile.

Jose is a real professional. He has a strong work ethic and put his best work into all the jobs I have given him. He is meticulous & wants the result to be as good looking as I do.

I was very disappointed. The scheduling person was very clear when she said that they were not licensed electricians, so I take blame for that, but she said that they know 'very much'. However, the handyman sent to my house spent 30 minutes inspecting my request, agreed he could do it, went to the store to buy parts, came back and spent more time doing...I don't know what...only to tell me he couldn't complete my request. He spent another 30 minutes (billed to me, of course) cleaning up his stuff while leaving wall plates and screws all over the floor. Then I was charged ~$250 for his time with nothing to show for it. Today an electrician came and easily completed for $200 and 1.5 hours what I had requested in the first place. My next biggest complaint, after being charged for a handyman who didn't do what I hired him to, was that they never even sent me an invite to review the job. This company knew they didn't deliver on what I wanted, and they never had the guts to call and apologize and ask how they could have done better. I respected this company more before they were bought out by the Ace corporate name.

Jose did a fantastic job for me today. He installed a light fixture, a mirror, pictures and installed my Dyson vacuum on the wall for me. He was friendly, clean, and polite. I also appreciated how quickly he did all these tasks. I would defiantly use this service in the future! Thanks, Tracey
