Luther was fantastic. We asked him to do a job that is a little out of the ordinary but he was creative and thorough. I would use this service again.

Andre came to repair a handrail that had gottwn pulled from the wall and repair two steps that had come off some outside stairs. He did both jobs without requiring a trip to the hardware store and did he work in about and hour. the work was excellent! Thank you, Andre!

Our handyman was extremely efficient, professional , and did a great job! Couldn't be more pleased.He removed a inside door ad two sliding closet doors to cut them down to accommodate our new carpeting.

Linda was great with scheduling the job. I received follow up phone calls regarding the scheduled time which was greatly appreciated. Raid completed the job which was more complicated that what it appeared. He did a great job, he was very courteous and professional, I am very happy and definitely will use Ace again.

Although the Handyman, Elmer, was very nice and timely, I am disappointed that the job could not be completed, and I had to pay full price. I needed a smoke alarm housing attached to my high ceiling, and my patio door removed and rescreened. Because of the model or type or whatever reason, Elmer could not remove the patio door, and we established that 10 minutes after he arrived. I think if a service cannot be completed, you should not be charged the full price - that would be fair. I am very displeased, very disappointed, and I paid $120 to have a smoke alarm attached to the ceiling that took less than a minute. Again, Elmer was nice and he did try, but if the job can't be completed, which is the service I paid for, then I should not have to pay full price. I won't be using this service again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
