Cannot rate this service more highly! Elmer installed grab bars into the ceramic tile in our bath tub. He was careful, meticulous, and insured the bars were safe and secure. He installed a new mailbox and address plaque on the outside of our brick home, and it looks great. Elmer is friendly, professional and takes pride in his work! A real quality craftsman. Josh repaired a louvre closet door and installed new smoke detectors and he’s another quality craftsman. Wonderful job by both these men - I would have them back in an instant to do work in my home. This handyman service is first rate.

Elmer showed up on time (early in fact) to install two ceiling fans. He didn't have the right equipment and had to keep going to his truck to find something. I was concerned because he didn't wear a mask that completely covered his face. He was here for 2.5 hours and only finished one ceiling fan ... only to find out later it isn't working and the outlet he worked on is not working for the other switches, I am really disappointed because I have been a customer of Handyman Matters for years but feel as if this was a reason I won't work with them again.

The man, Elmer, they sent was great. Conscientious and knowledgeable. Prompt and thorough. Took longer than I'd hoped but the result was what I wanted. Will definitely use again.

I had a toilet reset as it was wobbly. Allie did a great job. Even though it turned it a bigger project than expected- he stuck with it and got the toilet correctly set. I’m so happy knowing it’s properly installed and was well worth the cost. This is my 3rd time using Handyman - Chicago and couldn’t be happier with the service.

I've had good experiences with Ace Handyman services. They give you a clear estimate before work and send it to you via email. Friendly people and rates are fair. I like that they call the day before to confirm the appointment. My appointment was at 8am and they were on time and followed the COVID protocols. This was a simpler job than my previous one/s - removing old caulk and sealant around the pedestal sink and recaulking around the tub. Thorough, perfect removal and application. Would recommend!

Andre fixed my patio door, then there were issues with door getting stuck when closed. He went and got additional tools and fixed the door. Ace called me back right a way when I contacted them regarding my job. I would recommend Andre . Thank you
