Run Away
We hired them to re-caulk our shower and kitchen sink. Phil showed up, very unprofessional and seemed disoriented. His work was a disaster leaving caulk in our drains, in the garbage disposal, on the glass of the shower, on our floors, in our carpeting. We sent photos to Jeremy who said that the ownner would call us back but never did as he obviously does not care. Phil was asked to leave our home as he said he would re-do it. Why would you let him re-do something he is obviously not qualified to do the first time. As a result I would suggest that you look for another service as there is no interest in solving this by the owner of this franchised location.

Very Professional, nice and knowledgeable
I would highly recommend Mark Dempsey and ACE Hardware! Brooke made scheduling the appointment so easy that Mark was at my house the next day! Mark was an hour early! He was very friendly, patient and answered all my questions! Mark is very knowledgeable about the business. It is so nice to have a handyman that you can trust and is dependable. Thank you both!

Mark was very professional and arrived on time. He made the repairs to the back door that we requested as well as some other things we needed and cleaned up after the job. We will be calling him again for some more work we want done.

Very knowledgeable about drywall crack repairs
I was favorably impressed by Bryan Ardans' know-how and experience. I expect if I gave this job to Ace Handyman Services I would receive a very satisfactory repair. I gave a 5 star review based solely on Bryan Ardan's obvious knowledge and experience
However, based on other estimates received for the same job, yours was the highest dollar one and is $250+ higher than the lowest one. On this job I will likely go with another also very qualified contractor who bid less than Ace Handyman Services estimate.
