Troy and Michael were personable and did great work. I had 6 light fixtures removed and replaced. They had to bring in scaffolding for the entry chandelier. They pulled everything out of the boxes and assembled the new fixtures. During installation they stayed with the job until everything was leveled and working correctly. Troy also fixed a piece of cupboard trim and hung a keyholder I've been neglecting for a couple of years. I will use Ace again.

This is a top rate company and they communicated during the entire process. Will definitely use them again.

Mark was great!!! He repaired my door, installed duct work in attic and put a new hotel lock on door in under 2 hours! I have used another ‘handyman’ service that left me unimpressed. Ace is the real deal, and just like the store...great customer service!! Thank you Brooke and Mark

I contracted this company two weeks ago to caulk/paint and repair the exterior trim around windows and main front door trim, they gave a estimate of $1470 to complete everything , the crew spend 22 Hours and charged me $2200 , the quality and velocity of the work performed was sub standard, the painting work was never completed, only the caulk and repairs around trim was completed, I talked to Jeremy about the painting and nothing was done about it. I am very disappointed with this company and would never ever recommend or use them again.

I note on most reviews posted your service is commended on your punctuality, that was not our case. John called to say he was coming from Arlington and it would take him 40 minutes to arrive (this would have put him 10 minutes behind the scheduled time, I could have accepted that) he did not arrive until 10:40 forty minutes after the scheduled time. John appears to be a nice person and is a skilled craftsman. I have no issues with the quality of his work. I am disappointed in the amount of time it actually took compared to the estimated time he quoted me before beginning the work. John thought he could complete the three electrical jobs within two hours, it actually took him 4 hours!

Will use Ace and Mark for many things around the house in the future Thanks !

Regretfully, I had never heard of Ace Handyman Services before. Didn't even know Ace Hardware was in this line of work. We had a painter ghost us two days before his job -- painting my son's room for his 18th birthday. (Yes, Casper the Unfriendly Ghost was aware of that fact too.) On the day of the painting, we were desperate. Stephen's Painting gave us the referral of Ace Handyman Services, and thank God they did. We called and shared the story. Without a moment of hesitation, Brooke said, "We can help." As this music to my ears was blaring, we then spoke to a prince of a man named John. The guy is seriously a Swiss Army Knife, who paints expertly too. The customer service was more than we could have imagined. The work was more skilled than we hoped. And the price was more than fair. As someone permanently in the "Please God, Do It for Me" category, Ace Handyman Services has my vote all day long! Thank you Brooke and John.
