Flexible and Professiinal
This team is fantastic. My project was to assemble a chair that I ordered for my 90 year old father to sleep in after he fractured a bone in his back. The delivery date kept changing due to the unusual weather in Plano. They were very patient and flexible as the delivery date kept changing. Once the chair arrived, they immediately scheduled the job for the next morning. They worked quickly and professionally.

Ace demolished my old desk, hauled away the debris and installed the new desk. Even the owner came to help. Then they flipped my Lionel train platform--4 feet by 8 feet and made of very heavy 3/4-inch plywood--at no additional cost. Ace is the place with the helpful handy men.

Poor work
Work quality was awful. Resolution was less than bandaid and Issue not resolved. Would have preferred to do the work myself the right way.
