Exceptional Service
Crayden was very polite he fixed my door and made sure there was not anything else that need to be done before he left. I highly recommend Handyman Matters! And thank you again Crayden for everything.

Over Charged
They came in and installed 4 recessed speakers. The estimate was for about an hour of work but they tried charging for 3. After haggling with them I paid for 2 hours but I won't be using them again.

High Quality from Start to Finish
We had some French doors and pantry door replaced with upgraded wood doors. The whole process from beginning to end was incredibly well done. From scheduling to communication to top-notch craftsmen. I can't say enough good about all of it. There is attention to detail every step of the way. These guys take pride in their work and make sure you are completely satisfied. We've used a lot of contractors over the 18 years in our home. This experience was far and away the best. Looking forward to our next project with them.

Great work on our master bath remodel!
We had a great experience with Crayden who managed the work on our master bath. He and the crew were polite, honest and hard working.
We will definitely go to them first for any home remodeling projects needs we have, especially for tile and carpentry work.

Poor quality work
I must say management is very responsive.
But can’t say the same about their workmanship! I had asked them to fix couple of bidets under toilet seat cover which had taken 15 mins for my previous house!
Long story short, it took more than an hour to fix one. And for other two bathrooms he took even longer! I hired someone else.
And while they agreed to reduced the charge to one hour, their rate is 150$$!! Way expensive too!!!

High Quality Service
I used Handyman Matters to repaired 2 large holes in drywall from a water leak. The craftsman arrived on time and performed the work required in a very professional manner and did a great job.

It doesn't get any better than this!
The service technician assigned to do the work was in an auto accident the morning of my appointment. The owner and an assistant came to do the work himself. Service was great and their recommendations to stabilize the cabinet they were installing were spot on! I will definitely use this company again for Handyman work!!
