Really great experience for a full guest bath remodel - including conversion of tub to shower only. Calls and communication were excellent and our craftsman was outstanding. After many many quotes with multiple contractors and lots of research, Handyman Matters quote was right on track. We chose them based on responsiveness, detail of quote, and comfort level with the craftsman. Our job was completed within the timeline quoted. The craftsman was at our home start to finish, no days skipped for other projects. Too bad that I can't upload pictures! Builders beige bath to gorgeous! Already requested quote for master bath updates! Additionally we had a few other projects around the house that they completed: outdoor sunscreen installed, painting and dryer vent adjustment. You should call them!!

I had a hole in the ceiling due to someone accidentally stepping through the drywall while in the attic. I was able to get an estimate quickly from Handyman Matters after submitting a request online. The handyman who came out was very professional and worked quickly to repair the damaged ceiling. He did a good job matching the texture on the ceiling on the new drywall and finished the job with a fresh coat of paint (I provided the paint). I was charged for the time he spent doing the repair. He only went a little bit over the initial estimated time, and I am pleased with the results. Thank you!

I was concerned that my project might be too small to find a reliable craftsman. Then, I found Handyman Matters/Collin County. I received email confirmations of my appointment. I received a telephone confirmation the day before my appointment. The craftsmen assigned to my job arrived on time and as scheduled. They had been briefed on what had to be done and got to work after a brief conversation. The work was completed in a professional manner in the time originally estimated at the price that had been discussed. I was very satisfied and will certainly use Handyman Matters again.

Jack & Bill were extremely professional craftsman in their workmanship, attitude and communication throughout the process. Final cost was even less than original quote.

I had booked an appointment to have the stairs leading to the attic replaced. Unfortunately there was an issue with the appointment I had originally booked, but the company spokesperson handled the issue very quickly and effectively. I was booked with another appointment the very next day. The men who did the work were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the work area and even vacuumed my floor. I was very happy with the work.

Love the fact that the handyman is always on time and courteous. In addition, always focussed on the job at hand and use problem-solving skills to tackle tricky situations!
