The craftsman was even a bit early--a positive--very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, industrious, and finished the work on time and per the estimate. The finished product was great! I'd use him again if needs be and certainly Ace Handyman Services in the future.

Replaced my rusted mailbox post, my damaged and decayed fence and helped with my island cabinet replacement project, all within two days of my initial contact.

I asked to have someone come by and look at the connections to our washer. There was water leaking, and we could tell it wasn't coming directly from the washer. I told the Ace team it might be the hoses. They came out and changed the hoses and THEN investigated the issue. The problem is actually a clogged in the washer drain. They charged me $150 for the visit but said to call a plumber. I'm disappointed they didn't investigate the issue BEFORE switching the hoses. Now I'm out $150 and the problem still isn't resolved. I saw great reviews online, so I trusted the high hourly rate would be worth it. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I'm definitely disappointed.

Great workmanship, Great service!

We were very pleased with the work that Jake did for us. We needed some outside hard to reach second story windows caulked on the outside but he did all of the windows and doors (we have a lot of them!), repaired two leaky faucets, made some repair to a deck, and repaired some interior wall cracks. When there was still an issue with one of the faucets, Drew came by the next day to make the adjustment. They are both professional and very responsive when called. We still have work to be done and I will be happy to call on them again. I definitely would refer them to anyone in need of help.

Justin went right to work on my list. He hung pictures, shelves, repaired a doorknob, sealed cracks in my driveway and garage. He gave me advice on several future projects that I will be calling Ace to help with. He finished the work sooner than expected. Great service. Thank you.

Mr. Brauer arrived on time with the appropriate expertise and equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently . He tested the system and ensured that I was satisfied with the result. I could not ask for more.

Justin arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He went right to work, got the right cartridges to replace the leaky ones, and was finished quicker than I expected. I would recommend him and Ace Handyman to anybody. We have had them do a number of other jobs for us and we are always happy with their work.
