I began using Handyman Matters in 2013, when I sold my condo to buy a house. I was nervous when they became Ace Handyman Services Dallas, because I was afraid the level of service they offered might decline. I'm so happy that my fears didn't pan out! They still offer a high level of service, professionalism, and quality work. Every worker they've ever sent to me has been friendly, courteous, and hard-working. I've used them for carpentry projects, small plumbing projects, miscellaneous "honey do" tasks, and most recently, assembling a shed in my backyard. I've never had a bad experience with them. They might not be the cheapest, but they give accurate estimates, their prices are reasonable, and you truly get what you pay for. I love the peace of mind of knowing they'll do the job right the first time, without any hassle. I wouldn't use any other service, and I recommend them highly.

My first time using them. Was very pleased with the caring and courteous service. Did a great job as well. I have a broken arm, so he even took out trash for me and planted a rose bush I'd bought.

A bunch of not so big projects this time but beyond me to do. Most unusual— straightening a toilet that had twisted because of a loose bolt and getting a dead lightbulb out of a narrow enclosure by removing the on/off knob. I never would have figured that out. Hung pictures and rusty gold pieces too.

Saulo did some work and he was very nice, explained things and was transparent in pricing. He asked if there was other work he could do for us as we had paid for a full hour, which was appreciated. He did a good job and got things done quickly and safely (wore a mask throughout the job).

Steve and Saul were wonderful in helping us get my Dad’s house some much needed repairs. The work was excellent, they were early each day and worked tirelessly! They took control of an overwhelming project! I miss them already!

Steve Stockton was absolutely the best. What took us 3 - 4 days to attempt a DIY on bathtub caulking and wall/tile caulking, took him less than 2 hours to fix/repair our disaster-attempt. I immediately recommended him to my daughter who required some repairs on a home she just purchased this weekend.

Phillip did a great job with the items on my to-do list, and was extremely helpful in making cost-saving suggestions! He was on time, clean, friendly and all-around did great work for a quite reasonable price. I will continue to use and recommend this handyman service! I'm a loyal customer :-)
