I scheduled an appointment that was cancelled the day before due to the handyman having a family emergency. Then the company rescheduled the appointment and did not properly explain the scope of the project to the handyman. The handyman came to my house and presented a litany of excuses as to why he could not complete the project adequately: " I do this part time." "I need an extra person to hang this light fixture. I am afraid I might break something. It will take a lot longer than the time allotted." "I recommend you hire someone who does furniture assembly." "I cannot take an item to the backyard because it is raining."
