Saulo was professional, was efficient in his work, and did only what was required. His knowledge and experience is clear as he was able to identify the problems in my toilet and door knob and remedy with easy fixes. This is my second time using Handyman Matters. They are so professional and I love their system. When I call to schedule, they communicate with me every step of the way as to when the technician will arrive and who it will be. They even have an app to see how far the technician is from arriving. They send out the experienced technician based on what type of job it is. I had the clothing rod in my closet reinforced. I highly recommend.

Great service with exceptional technicians. Came out twice to try and fix my antique door lock. Saolo and Chris were both amazing and I was only charged for one visit. Even though it was not possible to repair the lock due to its advanced age, they did everything possible to try and get it to work. Two thumbs up.

Saulo arrived at designated time and again (this was our second encounter with him) provided excellent service-this time with kitchen sink plumbing and in the installation of new trac kitchen lights. We find Handyman Matters an excellent source of courteous, skilled workers. We recommend this business without reservation.

Replaced back door and did an amazing job

Even when a complex piece of exercise equipment lacked assembly instructions, got it together!

Steve came out to evaluate and fix a roof leak. He was friendly, efficient and got the work done quickly. In addition, I was impressed with the Handyman app that sent a text message when Steve was on his way and a map interface that allowed me to see exactly where he was so I knew when he would arrive. He showed up 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time -- very impressive.

Allen was fantastic! Honest, strong, knew exactly how to tackle my project and was super efficient. Will use again!
