Great experience with Connor. He showed up on time, Very good worker, friendly and knowledgeable. This would have been a five stars but my only issue is the price is way to high.

Thank you for the review, we are here to always do the best we can and deliver a gold medal experience. I am sorry to hear we have fallen short in your eyes with the cost of the project. Our costs are based on the fact we carry all the insurances on our Craftsmen to guarantee you are safe in your home; protect you from having to use your insurances if the Craftsman is injured at your home. We carry 1 year warranty on all the work we do and the materials we purchase and install. We communicate as much as we can; we answer the phone in a timely manner and gather all the information possible to hand off to our skilled Craftsmen. Our Craftsman call the night before to clarify anything they may not understand with you the home owner. Then the day of the project we use the on my way button on our app to let you know we are headed your way. Then once on site we look at the project and communicate the time frame we believe the project will take, gain authorization and complete the takes as quickly as we can but professionally and to code. Hopefully, this explains why we need to charge the rates we do in order to better take care of our customers.
