The worker, Irvin, arrived right on time and finished the job I had quickly - he also fixed some loose nails that were there. A very easy experience and he gave helpful input on another job I need to be done. Very pleased. I'll have them return for my next project.

Ty was very pleasant to work with, explained everything very well, and helped me order follow up items. The things he repaired came out great, both inside and outside of the house. Already have some other things I plan to hire him for in the near future. I ordered some supplies in advance so he wouldn’t have to shop for them, and that worked out well. Scheduling was also very easy.

Our experience with Ace was top notch. Our list of projects was so extensive it could not be accomplished in one day. But in the first 3 hours, four sets of blinds were replaced, one ceiling fan removed, and two light fixtures hung and the rest of the projects scoped out. Ty does great work and it was a pleasure having him in our home. Looking forward to having them back soon to check off the rest of the project list!

After a visit on Monday that included replacing a doorbell button, the inside chime went out of commission. Matthew responded quickly and got it back in working order at no extra charge. Great service.

From the start to its completion, our experience with Ace Handyman Services was pleasing and comforting! Pleasing because of the quality of the work, the character traits of the employees and the seamless business model. Comforting because the craftsman Ty undertook what were close to impossible tasks for me -- tools, know-how, skills -- and put them together in a day of work that allayed the worry I've felt for years. (In this case, a wooden fence that was close to collapse!) Ty is a model employee, something you already know, I'm sure. Personable, quiet and intelligent. Willing to get down and dirty with the kind of work that "handyman" requires. (In our case, wrestling a broken fence and stacking it neatly inside a dumpster.) It's always good to sense that the craftsman has not only the physical and cognitive skills to accomplish these for-me-difficult tasks, but also an innate sense of how to talk to customers in a way that's enjoyable. Wade, your office manager guy, also exemplifies the best in your business. From the first call to the last, he listened well, understood the situation and explained how these matters would work. He made happen what he promised, and the communication -- via e-mail and text -- were very helpful in knowing what would be taking place. I also appreciate Wade's sense of customer relations -- I was talking to a guy who wanted to solve my problems and was hopeful and helpful all at the same time. Along with Ty, he makes your business model work. As for the business model, you folks are onto something here. I don't know all of its dimensions or elements, of course, but I DO know how it felt from the customer's point-of-view. The whole process was seamless, from start to finish, and we felt cared-for and understood--perhaps part of the business model, but also embedded in the personal traits of your employees.
