I was very disappointed with the work completed. Instead of removing old caulk, most of job was just covering up. Also, many areas were not even caulked. I called them the next day and they sent out their designated foreman and the guy who did the work. What I got, was a lot of excuses. When I spoke to them before coming out we talked about removing old caulk and replacing. That did not occur in the majority of the work. The beading along the windows was rough and was not beaded professionally to produce a smooth and favorable product. They are coming back next week to correct. If they do the quality we are looking for then this review will be updated. If not, I will be contacting the next level. When you pay over a grand, you should have a quality outcome.

We had Ty replace a few interior doors and repair a drywall issue. His work was excellent. He was friendly and very skilled. I will absolutely use Ace again. It was a super convenient process.

Ty was great! He really made excellent use of the full 4 hours we booked him for and even took the initiative to notice we needed our back door repaired too. He seemed quite knowledgeable about our issues and was pleasant and timely.

We had baldcypress roots growing under our TREX deck pushing up the boards and presenting dangerous tripping hazards. Ty Williams knew exactly how to fix the situation. He took several deck boards up, cut off several."knees", put some copper on the roots to prevent regrowth, and reinstalled the TREX boards--All on an extremely high heat index day. He was a pleasure to watch as a professional who fixed things correctly and fun to chat with. He has a great friendly personality.

Ty was very professional in his approach to getting the job done. From wearing little booties to how he approached getting the job done and his dedication to meeting the objectives was phenomenal. Additional work that I might need done around the home, I would definitely consider Ace and Ty as my go to resource.
