Our handyman was polite, prompt, and very professional. He did excellent work in less time than quoted.

T. Jenkins did my estimate & my jobs. He was prompt & friendly. On the estimate, he did not argue with me about my preference for having the deck washed with a brush & soapy water instead of power-washing. (I have had other service people insist on their way or no way.) And, for one job, he came up with a better solution than the one I thought I would need. He was very attentive to detail on the deck (I didn't observe him actually doing the other jobs). He inspected it for places where nails were not holding because screws should have been used, & he put in screws. He got down on his hands & knees with a paint brush & painted down in between each deck floor board, for extra protection. Clean up was so good you would not know anyone had been here working. He was efficient & finished a day and a half sooner than estimated and at quite a significant savings to me compared to the original estimate. I will definitely use Ace Handyman for future work (which there is bound to be at some point--the "joys" of home ownership!)

Rick was pleasant, efficient and skilled. He installed 4 different metal railings at 3 doors and into a set of concrete steps. He took care to set them at safe and comfortable heights for an elderly relative's use. He also caulked the join between stone steps and a threshold. The work came in under budget and was scheduled and completed at an earlier date than we had expected.

Tim came out to the house twice over the last month to tackle several projects (hardwood floor patching, downspout repairs, and drywall) that I had on my list for quite some time. He was very professional and I’m quite pleased with his workmanship. I would definitely hire again!
