This was a great experience. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. After the main grouting job was done the remaining time was used to complete small handyman type jobs. The work spaces were left clean and neat. We will definitely call this service when we have another job.

Two of my basement steps gave out and fell in. This was an emergency as I could no longer access my basement. My daughter suggested Ace Hardware, I didn’t even know they offered repair services, but I’m glad I called. They were reasonably priced and were able to send someone out the same day. The craftsman Carlos was both knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly and was able to repair my fallen steps as well as reinforce my staircase. My expectations in terms of quality of work and customer service were exceeded.

The work involved was painting wrought iron, resetting pavers and renewing filler in a concrete driveway seam. It was explained well beforehand, done in a timely manner and he cleaned up after the work. I also was given choices for materials. It also was pleasant to work with the ACE staff in setting up the appointments and their follow through.

I had an emergency today after my flooring installer tore down the carpet and found out something that created issues for them to install the hardwoods. So I called Ace Handyman and consulted them over the phone. They asked for a few photos and explanations in detail before they commit the job very carefully. Then they sent Zack here to support my urgent requirement. So no surprise at all throughout the service. Zack did it very professionally and explained to his recommendation to the installer over the phone as well. Everything went well resolved in a few hours. Impressive service. Trustworthy provider I would use again if anything in the future I need. I will recommend them to my friends and colleagues as well!
