Great Service
I hired Ace Handyman to replace a kitchen sing, faucet and garbage disposal as well a ceiling fan. Handy Andy came and completed the job perfectly. He did have some complications but he was always in a positive attitude. Andy also taught be a few things along the way as I asked questions. My first contact was Kari. She was helpful regarding the scheduling and estimating time and price. I understand that she has not been with the company long and I have to say she was such a professional. My impression was she had worked for Ace a long time. I would recommend the handyman service and will be using them again on my next project.

Rich showed up on time, and got right to work on my long and assorted list of plumbing and electrical issues. Not the first time with Ace for me.

Friendly service
Issue did not get resolved. Waiting to hear back when the right hardware is located. Have heard nothing yet since technician left. Was charged for a trip out, I'm waiting to see if there is a follow up and if I am charged again for another trip out. I'm giving 2 stars with the hopes it will be 5 when all said and done.

So happy with every part of the process!
I can’t say enough positives about the customer service and work ethic of both Andy - who was here all day, patient with my giant dogs as he went above and beyond in completing quality work across the board - and Kari who made the scheduling and coordination easy and transparent (and she’s so kind, too!). Pricing was 100% fair and I will absolutely be reaching out to work with both of them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!
