On time and knowledgeable. Drain hose for the dishwasher was repaired and running trouble free in an hour.

Nice guy but couldn't find the electrical problem
I should have hired an electrician. The Ace handyman was a great guy but spent an hour and couldn't find the electrical problem. Cost me $195. There was no power on the front porch, back porch, nor one outlet in the garage. The obvious answer should have been a GFI had tripped but all the GFIs were working. I couldn't find any GFI that was tripped either. After an hour the ACE guy said he could come back and check all the junction boxes in the attic but that could be a hunt, a few hours, and cost a lot. The next day I called an electrician and he fixed the problem in 10 minutes. There was a GFI outlet on the side of the house that was tripped and we didn't know it was there. The electrician also checked my breaker box and found a loose cable, burnt from arcing that would have caused problems in the future. Cost $79. I should have hired an electrician to find the electrical problem.

Did not work out as promised
I had three jobs to be done. I purchased a 4 hour package which the scheduler said was adequate. Paint a bedroom with no furniture. Install an exhaust fan in the bathroom and mount a TV in the Family Room. The TV took over 3 hours to complete. The tech had no desire to paint in fact stated that he is not a painter (so why did you send him)? The exhaust fan I was told that it was very hard to install and not for a remodel. So I told him not to do that job just mount the TV and paint. After 3 hours putting up a bracket for a TV the tech passed on doing any painting. Horrible experience and I have learned my lesson with this company. Never again will I make this mistake.

We listened to the calls with our office, reviewed the notes from our craftsmen, and reviewed the invoice. Our office staff communicated that all of these projects would not be able to be completed in a 4 hour package and that another appointment would be required. Additionally, the requested projects were much larger than originally described which caused the time estimate to be incorrect. Technician show up late , since we have to Waite for ring system to be charger after 2 and half hr we still have to Waite for transfer owner ship from ring in 15 days they still charge me for 2 and half hr he do nothing and threaten bring me to court since I do not want to pay service for 2 and half hr he done nothing

We looked into the situation and discovered that the doorbell was not installed because it wasn't a new doorbell and parts were missing. After it was determined the doorbell couldn't be installed, the craftsman was asked to complete other tasks at the property. The craftsman spent two hours at the property completing other tasks. Excellent workmanship, everything looks amazing
