Professional, communicative and friendly
Sid came out to advise me on my range installation as my cabinet/counter needs to be modified. He was very helpful and presented some options in advising me and I am comfortable with him making the modifications.

Sid was awesome!!
Sid came out this morning to install some pendent lights, a ceiling fan and fix a cabinet door for us. He was prompt, courteous and did an AMAZING JOB! I will definitely be using Ace Hardware Handyman service in the future and I very much hope that I get Sid again!!

Ace Handyman Services were very Proffessional
Ace Handyman services staff showed up without a long wait behind other customers. They were on time, no postponements, and flexible to my schedule. The work was done professionally, demonstrating the knowledge and skills of the trades needed to do a good job. Top Notch Service Always
Tracy is such a great handyman. He's been at our home a few times to help us with projects around the house, such as mounting TV's on the wall, installing pendant lighting in the kitchen, and the Ring. Tracy is professional, kind, punctual, and very friendly. We value his expertise, and we're always so pleased with his quality of service.

WAS QUOTED ONE COST AND ENDED UP PAYING 2X THE COST
I had to have a job split into 2 appts and was told on the second appt that there would only be a 2 hour charge at 120.00 an hour and would not have to pay the service fee of 65 since it was a continued appt. I paid 424.92 and the worker was here for 4 hours and kept leaving the front door open and allowing bugs to fly in as well. We were guaranteed the job would be completed i. The 2 hour time period and was told as well that one can of popcorn spray would be enough as well. The total time was 4 hours to complete and however only billed for 3, but the job was only supposed to take 2 and we ended up paying 2x the amount estimated to complete and that was even with the 65 dollar service fee being taken off. Not too happy The work was completed but not in the estimated time and at 2x the estimated cost as well.
