My experience with Ace Handyman Services, El Dorado Hills was positive from the start when I first called and spoke with Amanda who listened attentively to my housing issues and scheduled my appointment. Later I need to call and add some information. This time I spoke with Lisa who was also very helpful, personable, friendly, and professional just like initial contact with Amanda. Ace Handyman Services had great communication prior to the visit and I received several reminder texts. I was given a four hour window (8-12) for for when to expect the handyman and Just showed up at 8:00 a.m. on the dot. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional as well. He listened to my concerns as I showed him the projects that needed to be addressed. He explained thoroughly his assessment prior to completing the work which was great! Every step of the way, he had me look at the project right after he completed it to make sure I was satisfied before moving on to the next project. He completed all of the projects in a shorter time than was estimated. Justin was great! Thank you so much!

Scott was very pleasant and professional. After cleaning the gutters he explained in detail potential problem areas on my roof with drainage and mild mold and offered solutions to address the problem. I'll be recommending ACE Handyman Services to others. It was a terrific experience.
