Your carpenter, Bill, is an asset to your company
He’s hard-working, attentive to detail, and careful of customers’ needs & concerns. I personally found him a pleasant person, easy to talk about work and other matters. He shows up promptly, does a good job and leaves the worksite clean and neat.
Before contacting ACE Handyman, I got an estimate from their competition in this area, another franchise. Although I knew they did good work, their original estimate for the job was four or five times higher than what ACE did the job for.

Not responsible for the job...!!!
Easy to blame a customer who is not in the business...you are the one to explain me how it works...if you had built a carport before you should know the size is never 15 feet wide...its 20 or 30 feet wide...and when your guy seems how many pieces is in the puke, he should call to come over and talk to me about a wrong calculation...again the manufacturer has the right informations...it was very to reach her...I did not change my mind...I expected at a very high price to have a perfection on the job...and again it's not long enough...so you better do something about that..!!!

I had Juan today and I can say he was amazing ! Right from the get go, he was so kind, friendly, caring in that he wanted to really get as much done as he could!
He was dillegent and super hardworking !

Mirror Removal
Juan and his son did a nice job.
I will not use Ace again however as $539 for 2 hours work and removal of debris is ridiculous.
