Poor communication
Had an estimate done, Man who came out was very polite and professional. Instantly felt this was the company I wanted to do my project. Later I received a voicemail from him that was vague, told me material costs ($1600) but did not include labor and told me to call office if I had any questions. So I called office and spoke w Cassandra. After a few minutes she figured up labor costs for 2 men , for 4 5 days work and told me labor costs was $6000 for a total price of $7600, and for other option on project total was quoted as $10,700. I have had two other companies quote me total prices of $2650 and $3200 for option one, and total price on option two as $3800 and $4200. So I seriously wonder how Aces quote is $5-6k more. I sent a text message to number they have texted me from and asked Royce to explain the labor costs to me but have not received a message or call back in 4 days

We apologize for your experience with an estimate for your project. In our business model, we typically do not travel to a site to do estimates. However, at the time we felt we needed to try something different. Obviously our processes to do an estimate in this way were not done correctly and our communication was lacking.
