I've worked with a lot of contractors & companies this year for several different projects. It's exhausting. Ace has been the first company I've worked with that has done it all really well. Kathy in the back office has great communication on email and phone. Their estimates are accurate (in my experience). Their cost's are transparent. Richard was punctual, his work was excellent, he cleaned up afterwards, and he didn't waste any time "on the clock". I got an estimate from another construction company for the same job prior to calling Ace. The estimate was similar, but they never called me back, and continued to blow me off. I'm satisfied with what I spent, and I am happy with the work, but the professionalism is pretty rare these days and it's a relief.

Richard came to fix a sub floor when I was over my head and what I thought was gonna be a simple tile project. He was quick, did excellent work and was done in a snap. Would highly recommend Ace Handyman service and will definitely use them again.
