Great Service, recommended to friends!
Couldn't be happier! On time, texts and voicemail before arriving and even a photo of the handyman. Bud even noticed small things (like my doorbell) that needed a quick repair. Much faster than i expected - he completed so much in my basic visit! I will ask for him by name next time

Our Craftsman Ed showed up on time and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Ed worked very efficiently. We are confident he is the right person for the job and no doubt it will be completed correctly. Highly recommend Ed!

Outstanding high quality service
I've had multiple opportunities to use Ace Handyman Services. I have never been disappointed with any of the personnel or the completed work that they performed. Bud and James were my assistants today and they were spectacular. I will continue to make them my primary go-to whenever I have home repairs.

Bud was awesome. He accomplished a lot in the two hour window. He replaced a broken lock mechanism on my sliding door, and installed a fan with lights and a remote. He was friendly and it was a very professional installation. Since I no longer have a husband this service has been tremendous. I totally recommend it for people who can't do things themselves.

The peron who was sent to take care of a damaged stormdoor was punctual and friendly. He was getting ready to start the job, but after talking on the phone with some colleagues, He informed me that He couldn't do the job and guarantee it for a year. He also informed me that I needed to pay a fee of $75 for his visit. Istill have the problem, minus $75. Not happy!

Hi Luis. There are times where doors such as yours are too far gone to be able to do anything with them. This appears to have been the case here. The Craftsman reviewed his findings with his peers as well as the office and it was determined we could not repair. You were charged $75 for the trip out to look at the doors. The craftsman took the time to review and get inputs from others on any possible approach he could take. As you know from the others you have spoken to, many don't even take the time to look at the door. I understand that you are upset for spending $75. This is the cost of on-site consultations, such as what the craftsman provided.

Professional and Friendly Repair Services
Ace Handyman Service came through for use installing a tilting mirror in our bathroom, which was particularly difficult due to it's mounted posts.
James also replaced an electrical outlet in our hallway and a hinge on our refrigerator door. He was very informative and professional throughout the job, explaining how to resolve other issues that I had shown him within the allotted time. Would recommend their services and will more than likely use them again in the future.

Very professional
I I was a little late getting home, but Alice let him in, he reviewed the situation with my downstairs toilet which was leaking water, corrected the problem, did the repair by changing the gasket. I had not expected, but he even cleaned up the whole bathroom floor and tightened the stool seat which had become loose. I am very pleased with his work. I thought I would need a new toilet, but he said it was in fine shape. I recommend Fox Valley Ace Handyman. I've used them previously and have always been pleased with their work.
