Hand rail installation
We are selling our parent's home, and it came to light that we needed to add a handrail rail to the basement stairs. We were in a time crunch, and Dan from Ace Handyman responded quickly and was able to schedule the job the next day. Bud kept me informed via text when he was on his way. He informed me of all costs before beginning work. Once started, he did encounter an issue, but was able to handle it and proceed. Job was completed, and it looks and feels great.

Other companies turned down project
After large duct company and other HVAC companies turned down this opportunity, Ace Handyman (James) completed project. Two exterior vent hoods needed to be reattached to wall. James used experience, creativity and the right tools (that I don’t have), to complete the project. BTW in single digit wind chill temperatures.

Excellent Customer Service
Bud provided excellent customer service and high quality deliverables. We recently had our gutters and dryer vent maintained and inspected by Bud. He previously repaired the brick pavers that came loose 2 years ago and is holding up nicely. He is reliable, timely, and professional. We can always count on his knowledge and responsiveness!

Fantastic, knowledgeable, & top quality!
James did an outstanding job for us. He fixed the lights on our garage door opener. set up a new doorbell, reinstalled a towel rod that had come loose from the wall, smoothed off a drywall patch job so that you cannot tell there is a patch, primed the areas needing repainting after patching, and reinstalled a stair rail that had fallen because of a broken bracket. The towel rod and stair rail are now installed solidly so that they will not fall. If I could give a 10-star review, I would!

Excellent service and great communication
We are so pleased at the service, skill, and professionalism provided by Bud, our Ace handyman. For both the estimate and the work of installing smoke alarms, three of them, and replacing a broken basement window, we arrive on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I would have him back whenever we need additional handyman services. Five stars for sure.
