Received notifications ahead of schedule and day of with my craftsperson information. Deanna is very knowledgeable and an expert in many types of repairs: drywall/paint, plumbing, screen door/door weather strips, and replacing outside coach lights. I appreciated the option to pay a hourly rate versus a per project rate. Deanna completed 6 projects within the estimated timeframe. Received other quotes and the offers were based on the project. The other quotes were almost twice what I paid using Ace Handyman. Will definitely use them again, and I will be requesting Deanna!

There were initially a few hiccups with some blinds installation, but both customer service and the follow-up from the handyman were excellent. Throughout the whole service, personnel were incredibly courteous and thoughtful. Not everything can be perfect from the get-go, but that kind of integrity goes far.
