Quality work, very reasonably priced
We had a miscommunication regarding the initial appointment which was annoying, but things happen. However, JT was terrific; he assessed the job, was professional and proficient. He understood the problem and was competent and confident. Based on my experience (hanging a heavy object), I think Ace and TJ in particular deserve accolades.

Service personnel showed up late. Kept getting text messages that is was going to be later. Original tome was 9am which I assumed was the first appointment of the day. The job was a simple re-grout of a small shower and it took 3 hours. I have used this service several times over the years and this was not up to expectations.

High quality work, excellent feedback, willing to work with you
We hired them to do a variety of tasks including putting a new door on the basement. While the door took several weeks to get here ( its tough to get supplies today) they did a great job communicating what was happening, when they were coming etc.
TJ who did the install was great. He listened, adapted if necessary and took great pride in his work. What else could you ask for?
Highly recommend this crew.

Untimely tradesman
I contracted with them to repair my deck and new stairs. Received quote and a timeframe. They started the job over 2 weeks late and then worked one day and did not return for 3 days after that. The tradesman would not show up until 1:00 everyday and most times he would leave by 3. There were 4 times that he no showed. A project that should have taken 1 week (being generous) took well over 3 weeks to complete.
The craftmanship is great and the job came out perfect but not sure it was worth he stresss and aggravation of waiting for the trademan to show up!!!

Polite, clean, professional
We had the handyman in for about 3 hours to do some drywall patches. He was extremely polite and professional, came prepared, wore a mask, did a beautiful job and cleaned up after his work. Excellent service.
