High quality work with great pricing
Called Joel to repair Some stucco work and ended up contracting him to also paint the house, repair an outside wall, replaced pool cage doors. Joel is very knowledgeable and is very reasonably priced. I recommend him to everyone.

I wish I knew about them earlier-- a great experience for the right price!
We've owned our house for 8 years and will soon be putting it on the market. Ever since we owned it, there was a wooden gate leading to our backyard that slowly over time fell into disrepair. With most of my attention focused on bigger projects when we first bought the house (like a new roof, windows, etc.) we never really got around to fixing the gate. Since it was an eyesore for potential buyers, we shopped around for a replacement and either nobody was doing wood fence work, or estimates were coming in high because it was a small job that wasn't worth a large company sending out a crew to fix. Thankfully one of the estimators told me about Ace Handyman Services, and we were able to book a repair job just days after our call. Our handyman Todd was very nice, friendly, and straight-forward with the job requirements and costs. Three hours later, we have a brand new, awesome looking wooden gate installed for roughly half what other estimates came in. We enjoyed this experience so much, we will be booking a minor bathroom repair too in the coming weeks.
