Reliable Quick and professional
Been trying to get someone to do some rescreening but could not get anyone to respond. Ace called me the next day; gave me an estimate and came the next day. 2 hours after they arrived the work was done.

Jeff is a nice guy who installed and fixed what we wanted. However, he did a poor job in cleaning up after himself. Also I thought the price was too high. I don't like paying someone $99/hour to go buy the materials. He had to go to a second store to pick up one of the parts. Overall cost was much higher than I thought it would be.

All our Craftsman are expected and required to leave the job cleaner than they found it, we apologize if we did not meet that expectation and certainly take that to heart. With regards to the additional trip to the store sometimes that is unavoidable and we try to do everything we can in keeping the customers cost down while doing a quality job. We know some additional items were added for the craftsman to do and we certainly appreciate the additional work. Once the craftsman uncovered that existing work and began the repair he discovered the existing conditions required some added items to do the job properly and right the first time. Once again thank you for the feedback and the opportunity to further instill in our craftsman of our customer’s expectations. We shall ensure that your next experience with us will meet and exceed those expectations.
