Gutters and Downspouts
The 1st problem was water coming in from clogged gutters and downspouts. The 2nd problem was my fear of going on the roof to clear the gutters and downspouts. Mark came up with a solution increasing the size of the opening to the downspout and installing an attachment that allows me to clean the port without going on the roof. I'm sure my explanation is unclear but reach out to Mark. He's good at explaining things.

Job well done!
After contacting Ace, Mark came out a few days later and fixed my closet doors! He was friendly and efficient and made sure I was happy with the job before he left!

Storm door replacement
Mark was awesome, on time and a pleasure to deal with. The door looks wonderful. I'm keeping the number for any other things I may need done and can't do them myself.

Great service and pricing
Mark is always on time, professional, friendly, and skilled! A lot of what we needed was repairs after water damage, so some drywall patching, painting, replacing insulation, installing a light fixture, etc.

Professional and quality handyman service
The technician showed up on time, was very professional met my wife, she showed him the work area and he started to re install our closet flooring, it only took him 45 minutes, he also took the time to answer some questions about future work which set our minds at ease, high quality cordial and knowledgeable. Professional Prompt Polite
Everything went well from my initial phone call. My craftsman was Mark. He quickly located and fixed the leak under my sink. I plan on using this service for everything. Tired of the "handyman" who never shows, is neither licensed or bonded and who is unreachable when there's a problem.

Honest handyman and high quality work
Mark from Ace Handyman fixed gaps in doors that were allowing water intrusion at the the thresholds. He took the time to explain what the problem was and his intended solution. He was honest that the time to complete was likely less than what was quoted, and I was charged accordingly. Mark completed the work to satisfactory quality and took the time to walk me through the extent of his work.
I highly recommend Mark and Ace Handyman for your home projects.

Excellent and timely service.
Mark arrived on time at 8am and was able to fix a problem that nobody else would even look at. He was very professional and courteous. The window had been misaligned for years and he was able to fix it in 30 minutes. I will be calling again for future projects. The ease of scheduling and dealing with an actual human being is difficult to find these days.
